Shipping Policy

HeliBars strives to ship your order as quickly as possible. Stock orders will be shipped in standard shipping times which are 2 - 3 working days. Notification will be sent via email for out of stock items, with an expected ship date. However, standard shipping times are not guarantees or promises that a product will ship on a specific day. If you wish to find out the expected date of shipment on a particular item or order, please call us at 800-289-1047 for more information.

Our primary carrier is United Parcel Service (UPS).

Please review our shipping options and policies, and plan your purchases accordingly. Due to special package requirements we may not be able to ship products to certain areas or may be constrained on our shipping options.

Domestic Shipping

We utilize United States Postal Service (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS). Please review our shipping policies and methods, and plan your purchases accordingly. International Shipping

We utilize DHL, United Parcel Service (UPS) Expedited or Express. United States Postal Service can also be used delivery times are 10-21 days dependent on location.

 

Signature and Physical Address

All orders require a signature upon delivery. Therefore, a physical address is needed.

 

Rerouting

Packages cannot be rerouted once shipped for customer security and logistical reasons.
