ZX10R (2006-2010)

HeliBars model specific approach has turned out yet another unique TracStar design, to increase rider comfort while retaining excellent handling characteristics and feedback.

2008-2010 - Specifications

HeliBars® Kawasaki ZX10 handlebar replacement system:

• 1 3/4" taller 
• 1/2" rearward
• 25 3/4" width
• All stock cables and hydraulics retained Black Anodized

2006-2007 Specifications**

• 1 1/2" taller
• 1/2" rearward 
• 25 3/4" width

All stock cables and hydraulics retained.

** PLEASE NOTE: To gain the additional 1/4” rise on the 2006-2007 bike you will need to replace the stock steering damper bracket with a 2008 steering bracket that attaches to the top triple clamp. Kawasaki part number 11054-1903. This can be found at www.babbittsonline.com for under $20.00.

• To better support the rider's weight the 20 degree downward angle of the stock clip-ons was reduced and rotated up to 6 degrees providing a more neutral wrist position.
• Positioned 1/2" higher at the fork tube, producing a total rise of 1 3/4" on the 2008 ... noticeably more comfortable yet still sporty. 
• Handlebar width is increased by 1/2" to 25.5 inches overall. - Machined from a solid 6061 aluminum billet, the new TracStar is both lightweight and extremely strong. 
• Factory damper weights are retained as are all stock cables and hydraulic lines. 
• Bar tubes have control housing locating pin holes for proper and accurate assembly. 

We chose our new black anodized satin finish to enhance the character of our new TracStar ZX10 HeliBars, and to compliment the ZX10 frame's finish.
