2010 st1300a handle bar spacers
Does this spacer allow the rider to sit in a more upright position?

It sure does! Here are the full details at this link: ST1300 Product Design
Big Improvement
I just completed the installation of the new Gen 3 HELIBAR riser on my ST1300. I already feel much more comfortable riding with the bars in the new location. I purchased this bike in DEC 2009 and after longer rides have been experiencing back pain between the shoulder blades with the stock configuration. I noticed a big difference with my first ride and I'm looking forward to racking up the miles with the new HELI Bar riser installed. I'll keep you updated as i get more miles on the bike.
Thansk for a great product and the instructions were easy to follow.
grip angle
Does "2 ½ degree reduction in handgrip rearward angle" mean grips are brought inwards (narrower) or outwards (straighter)?
** When we reference the rearward angle reduction we are talking about moving the grips outwards putting your hands in a more neutral position for extreme comfort.
